The Lost Vikings 1993 Erik, Olaf and Baleog get kidnapped by Tomator for an inter-galactic zoo. My dream was to play 3 characters at the same time with my friends. It would ruin the gameplay of this #puzzle #platformer, but as a child it never occurred to me. #SNES #Amiga #retro

The Lion King (1994) published by Virgin Interactive in the same year as Aladdin. The #game is very similar in terms of control, style, and music. However, there's one big difference. Very few people reached the levels where Simba grew up #platformer #GameBoy #Amiga #MSDOS #SNES

@ZuevAlex52 Even those levels were still hard as hell to get through; I never completed the game without the health cheat code lol. Normal difficulty was a nightmare as it is

@ZuevAlex52 Loved it then, love it now. To get even more points you can first get some fuel on the fuel field and then shoot it just the moment before you are leaving it.

River Raid (1982) is one of the coolest #games I had on my #Atari. The game has been noted for the great level design. And a little tip. To get more points it's safe to shoot all the fuel tanks before the first bridge, at least. #RiverRaid #Atari2600 #C64 #activision #retro

Codemasters is one of the oldest British #game studios. After Sony ran out of license for the official #FormulaOne games, Codemasters picked it up and made the popular #F1 series releasing a new game every year. But I will remember their first #racing game Micro Machines (1991)

@ZuevAlex52 Excellent game, but they did lots of racing games on 8 bit computers in the 80s before this game.

One of the few long games I completed as a child. For the resolution of 320x200 and #8bit color #PixelArt was perfect. Artists assembled a palette of 256 colors from several key colors and brown-beige tones to convey the atmosphere of the Stone Age. #retrogame #msdos #amiga #C64

Speaking of Boulder Dash, my favorite clone is Supaplex. I like the graphic theme with #diskettes, electrons and microchips. The most amazing thing for me was how the developers managed to make so many of such difficult levels. #retrogaming #amiga #pc #msdos #puzzle #freeware
