@CBHelpTeam Thank you. I have literally just received the email confirming the refund and it has also just appeared on my credit card. It absolutely was not refunded on April 2nd though - up until an hour ago it was still showing as ‘despatched’ in my account - I have a screenshots!

@HouseOfCB please will someone contact me regarding my refund. I’ve contacted customer services 3 times now and each time been assured that it will be processed within 1-2 days; I haven’t received anything and we’re now day 12 of the 14 allowed by distance selling regulations.

@CBHelpTeam You’ve replied within 24-48 hours on each of the 3 times I’ve emailed. What you haven’t done is refund me as you’ve said you would. You are legally obliged to refund me within 14 days of receiving the return which was 2/4/2026.

Advised to call store in the morning - I’m sorry, but that’s not my responsibility - they should be contacting me. Called again this morning to request refund - another 15 minutes on hold and no apology or explanation received; refund will take up to 5 days. 2/2

@sainsburys so disappointed with your online groceries customer service. Order didn’t appear last night, despite being charged. No phone call, no email, no follow up at all. Customer service couldn’t help - their contact at the store had gone home. 1/2

Won’t be ordering from @JackWills again - £4.99 for standard delivery of one item and then another extortionate £4.99 to return it because it’s the wrong size. No surprise to discover they’re owned by @SportsDirectUK 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SimonLester24 @Paulalondonnews @parthaskar @wurly1956 @GillianKeegan I’m really not - I actually agree with children not having phones during the school day (my 2 non T1 children don’t) - however there have to be exceptions - in this case, my T1 child who relies upon modern technology to manage her chronic, life-threatening condition!

The advances in technology that have come about in recent years (and utilise mobile phones), can automatically respond to blood sugar levels and keep them within an acceptable range 1/
