Today we commemorate the victims of the 1985 MOVE massacre, when Philadelphia police under black Democratic mayor Wilson Goode, in collaboration with the BATF conducted an aerial bombing of the MOVE house. 11 people were killed, including 5 children, and a whole black neighborhood destroyed, leaving hundreds homeless. Dems have always been enemies of black liberation; rebuild the movement against cop terror on the basis of class struggle! Open Police Archives!

See email protesting exclusion of @Teamsters_Mblz member Colleen Donovan from @labornotes 2026. Denying right to attend recalls worst tradition of censoring critical voices within labor movement. Labor movement needs vigorous, open debate about which way forward, not exclusion.

Reinstate Professor Shirin Saedi! University of Arkansas Fayetteville this week fired Saedi, an Iranian-born political science prof, citing her social media posts opposing the Gaza genocide and attacks on Iran. This was against the a faculty committee’s unanimous recommendation to keep Saeidi. We say: Reinstate Shirin Saeidi with full pay and benefits! Down with the witchhunt! pressreader.com/usa/arkansas-d…

This is the strike bulletin from the Passaic textile strike 100 years ago. Involving 15k workers fighting for a union, higher wages and better conditions, the strike lasted more than a year and came to symbolize struggle of entire working class in anti-labor 1920s.
