I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through Him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation He came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate, He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins, and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen. 🙏🏼

I was so sharp and so ready for this fight I cannot believe what has happened. The talk of me being off while walking in to the fight is nonsense. I was calm, ready, and confident. I am in shock what has taken place. The devil is literally staring at me right in front of my face here. I am not engaging. I will be at church tomorrow. I will overcome this. I will not be deterred. I will return.

Yes. It's a rejection of divine grace to dwell on the past. It's a good trick by the demons though. They convince you that, "You're doing the work," by agonizing over what has already been forgiven instead of moving forward.

@Cernovich In a bible study we dove deep on how shame is actually a form of pride. Pride puts yourself as the focus, we often assume it is a "positive" self view that expresses as arrogance, but more prevalent is the negative expression, considering yourself so special in being irredeemable

A strong predictor of who does extraordinary work is being terrible with everyday life; they get people’s names wrong, forget meetings, constantly lose things or don’t remember to eat because all their mental bandwidth is going elsewhere. We met a researcher with 87000+ unread emails and a passport that expired the day before an AI conference he was speaking at, and a founder who had worn pretty much the same outfit every day for 10yrs because choosing took up way too much mental effort. Maintaining a well run life is a part-time job hours-wise. For someone who is juggling a hard problem in their head 24-7, there is no spare capacity to run these background processes. Society treats this as a flaw to coach out (the command is “be more present”), but this level of absorption is necessary to solve a problem nobody else has.

Chattanooga's new courthouse. The style is called "Greco-Deco". We're taking this worldwide. We're taking this to Mars. This is the answer.

@Cernovich This is so retarded. This is like saying in 1999 that the market isn't a bubble because "do you think there will be less internet in 5 years?"

Will there be less e-commerce in 5 years? I DONT THINK SO. For ecom to run this means more logistics (Amazon is becoming a warehouse for even hobbyists or side hustle Etsy moms), more software and AI created software to manage orders, inventory, cash flow, and more.
Cernovich@Cernovich

Will there be less AI models and fewer rockets 5 years from now? That has to happen to claim we are in a bubble. If there’s less AI and space, then a lot went wrong. A LOT. To be honest, that means we have WAY BIGGER problems than a bubble. Way way way bigger problems.

I really want more people to internalize this lesson. The web democratized a ton of publishing capabilities, which led to an explosion of commerce and creativity. Then it stopped. It wasn't because the tech stopped working. The same thing can happen to the newly AI-empowered.

@doctor_rahmeh We are being played. One side is getting divided under choosing sides on denigration of human life and the other is clueless in its lack of self awareness. Divide and rule - qui bono? What powers trying to kill mercy, charity, and human empathy?

You can oppose the murder of your fellow citizens by the state and be against open borders. You can reject immigration and still believe a woman should not be shot in the face. Your governments are occupied and you're busy fighting Left vs Right and plummeting into depravity.

For all that talk of diversity and H-1B’s and blah blah blah. Look at Delta and who’s in it. That is REALITY. A generation were denied equal opportunities. We have destroyed our own country to enrich ungrateful foreigners and Somali scammers. A crime against humanity.

@StefanMolyneux My duty as my son's father is to prepare him for the world. If he is insolent the world will not be kind and speak to him in whispers. They will slam him to the ground while screaming commands at him. I will not have my son be gobsmack with reality.

Christians hit children – and approve of it – way more than agnostics and atheists. - Religious conservatives (especially evangelical and fundamentalist Protestants) spank their children at significantly higher rates than the general population. - In the GSS (1972–2010 cumulative data), about 80–85% of weekly-attending conservative Protestants approve of and report spanking children, compared to roughly 60–65% of the overall population and lower rates among mainline Protestants, Catholics, and the non-religious. - Similar patterns appear in child-rearing studies: conservative Protestant parents are 20–40 percentage points more likely to use corporal punishment than secular or liberal religious parents. - People with no religious affiliation ("nones," which includes atheists, agnostics, and unaffiliated believers) spank at lower rates than the national average. - In analyses that separate out the strictly non-religious (atheists/agnostics), the rate drops further. For example, a 2014 study using GSS data found that individuals who identified as atheist or agnostic were about half as likely to strongly agree that "a good hard spanking is sometimes necessary" compared to weekly-attending conservative Protestants. - A 2021 study of parenting practices found that parents who reported "no religion" were the least likely of any major religious category to use corporal punishment, with only about 45–50% reporting ever spanking, versus 70–80% among conservative Christians. Controlling for demographics (education, income, region, race, political conservatism), the religious effect remains strong: conservative Christian belief and practice is one of the strongest predictors of spanking, while atheism/secularism is negatively associated with it. Bottom line: Christians (particularly conservative/evangelical ones) spank their children substantially more often than atheists do. Atheists fall at or near the bottom of corporal-punishment usage among major belief groups in the United States. Similar (though less granular) patterns appear in other Western countries.
