Interestingly, Nigeria and South Africa are the ONLY African countries she has booked to perform during the tour, clearly indicating the huge impact Nigeria has on not only her music career but also African music. Nigerians have been the worst targeted and hit victims of South Africa’s mindless Xenophobic/Afrophobic attacks. Since the madness began, more Nigerians have been murdered, lost their businesses, and been wrecked. Still, South Africans' delinquent craziness is surging, far worse than it was a few months ago, and Nigerians remain the most targeted. Only a few months ago, Chidinma Adetshina was attacked by a South African mob that besieged her at a court in Johannesburg chanting hat£ remarks and jeering at her. Both the South African government and celebrities solidly back and support xenophobia/Afrophobia. Tyla’s silence on it clearly means her support for it. Trevor Noah is leading a failing PR campaign for it. Vusi Thembekwayo, the pseudo-intellectual public speaker, is on the side of the hullheaded xenophobic groups too. One wonders, therefore, the grounds for which Tyla is coming to perform in Lagos - on Nigeria’s soil, to a Nigerian crowd, and to make Nigerian money! Isn't this the height of inconsideration and an insult to Nigerians’ collective sensibility by the show organizers? What an absurd audacity! The blockheads organizing and promoting the show had better be warned to cancel it. By planning a show for Tyla in Lagos, they are deeply insulting the sensibilities of Nigerians. ✍️
