Nah the opposite can be true too. Lots of ADHDers eat constantly for the small dopamine hit. We tend to be fat for that reasons. When you remember to eat, it's easy to overeat, too. And trying to establish routines or habits is largely futile, but giving up and not trying... That's a dark path.
