@nnpclimited From a kid under OBJ to an adult now, it’s been one story after another about TAM or expansions that never hit the mark. These are the same refineries sold under OBJ, then reversed, with govt after govt sinking money into a point of no return.

@Kkkossy @General_Somto Rather than spending every donation today, many NGOs and foundations use an endowment model. By investing donations, they use the interest to fund long-term operations. This ensures the mission outlasts the founder.

This guy is a real scammer, how do you use fund donated for a specific cause to invest in treasury bill? He thinks he is being smart. This is like robbing Peter to pay Paul. So what now happens when the credit interest from treasury bill finishes? Will he go and reinvest again? This is exactly what fraudulent bankers do with customers funds in the bank. This is just day light robbery by making money for personal gains. Pay staff ko, pay staff ni.

Egbon Abbey, why is your party going the consensus route? Let everyone in the party have a real sense of belonging by allowing proper primaries. That’s how you test true popularity with the people. Consensus may seem convenient, but it doesn’t strengthen our democracy and it limits participation and transparency. If we truly believe in the system, then we should be ready to engage it fully. @channelstv Until the NPF and PSC are no longer solely responsible for disciplining and prosecuting their own, little will change. The number of bad eggs is so staggering that it’s easy to believe decent officers no longer exist. If this can happen in broad daylight, one can only imagine

@tokunbo_wahab LAWMA can get it right. Technology can also be used to solve some of these problems. People could raise tickets and take a picture of the site; it would be geo-tagged, and LAWMA would take it from there. There must also be a timeline for ticket resolution. Geotagging basically

@bibe_habib @MSIngawa It's a true test for the governor. If he doesn't support Yusuf, it becomes a bigger issue of not supporting PMB's son. If he wins the primaries, he's going to the House of Reps.

Yusuf Buhari made the declaration on Wednesday during a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda,CON, at the Government House, Katsina. The visit was accompanied by a high-level delegation of political leaders, traditional title holders, community representatives, relatives and stakeholders from across the constituency. Leading the delegation, Hon. Musa Haro, District Head of Dumurkul, described the aspirant as a focused and patriotic young leader with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to public service. He stated that Yusuf Buhari’s aspiration reflects the collective desire of the people of Daura, Sandamu, and Mai’adua for quality representation and inclusive development. Hon. Musa Haro commended Governor Radda for his visionary leadership and people-oriented policies, noting that the delegation was at Government House not only to formally introduce the aspirant but also to seek the Governor’s guidance, blessings, and support. Also speaking, the Member Representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu General (Dujiman Katsina), expressed strong confidence in Yusuf Buhari’s ability to provide effective and responsive representation. He emphasized the importance of unity within the APC and urged party members and stakeholders to support credible and competent aspirants who can consolidate the achievements of the party. In his remarks, Hon. He noted that the decision to contest is driven by a clear vision to empower youths, strengthen grassroots development, and improve the overall welfare of constituents. Community representatives from Daura/Sandamu/Mai’adua Federal Constituency also spoke in support of the aspiration, describing Yusuf Buhari as a bridge between generations and a symbol of renewed hope. They pledged their full backing and called on all stakeholders to unite behind his candidacy in the interest of progress and development. The Honourable Minister of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy, Barr. Hannatu Musa Musawa, in her remarks, applauded Yusuf Buhari for stepping forward to serve the people. She emphasized the growing importance of youth participation in governance and described the aspiration as timely and reflective of a new wave of leadership focused on innovation, inclusion, and national development. He further called on party stakeholders to prioritize peace, cohesion, and collective progress as the state prepares for the 2027 general elections. The visit underscores ongoing political consultations within the APC and highlights the increasing momentum ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle in Katsina State. @DanielRegha For an aspiring governor, his stint in the power sector lacked innovation and genuine progress. If he ends up on the ballot in 2027, it won't be his antecedents as minister propelling him—it will be name recognition and party structure.

-Try to become a governor under the APC platform in 2019 after leaving CBN, failed. -Left the APC to join AP to recontest, and failed again. -Ran back to the APC and became a Minister, failed to improve the Power Sector. But has now resigned to reportedly pursue the governship post again. To be in power is a must in this country.
