I seriously can‘t follow you @HothaAli you live in a different reality it seems. You are paying protection money to another nation, just for their leader to call out your leader kissing his ass. My understanding of real men is a different one. Short term thinking it is, nothing else

@amjadt25 No it survives because you are cowards to believe Iran is going to bow to another country to become a vasalle state like the GCC. Iran insists on its independence. You don‘t understand this, because you have never been independent.

If the Islamic regime in Iran survives, it won’t be because of America, Israel, or anyone in the Middle East. No. It will be because the EU, NATO, and leaders like Starmer chose not to fight the only battle that matters where civilization stands against backwardness. The UAE banned the Muslim Brotherhood. Europe and Britain refused. The UAE is destroying the regime’s drones and missiles, while parts of the British media serve it attacking Dubai instead. Shame on those with no shame. And yes, we will not tolerate terrorists while you call them activists.

Imagine if Iran and Saudi Arabia actually agreed a proper treaty, the GCC + Iran would have been a formidable force. Iran with the Science, GCC with the capital. No need for US bases The region will be the most visited by far and would easily outcompete Europe. But Alas... Shiite v Sunni takes precedence. "Divided we fall" remains a timeless truth.

@FirasMaksad @ForeignPolicy Which country is connecting 3 of those countries? Iran. After the war they will ask Iran to join. The Strait of Hormuz is the jugular vain of the region. They need it.

A picture is worth a thousand words. This grouping meeting today- #Saudi, #Turkey, #Pakistan & #Egypt- are no fans of #Iran- but they’re not with #Israel either. Exactly two months ago, @ForeignPolicy ran my essay on the emerging Abrahamic vs Islamic coalitions, and how they will reshape the region. Still true today & more so after the war.

Foreign Policy@ForeignPolicy

Iran is no longer a principal actor shaping the region’s strategic trajectory. Instead, the Middle East is entering a new phase defined by competition between two emerging blocs: an Abrahamic and an Islamic coalition, writes @FirasMaksad. foreignpolicy.com/2026/01/27/sau…

The Crown Prince received a massively favorable welcome at CPAC, where there was a large number of Persian Americans.  Worth keeping that in mind.  I believe he’s very popular among the people in Iran. jpost.com/middle-east/ir…

Right. We should have continued what you used to do: 1- Sending Khamenei billions of dollars and trying to dismantle the sanctions regime 2- Pressuring Israel as part of appeasing IRGC 3- Telling Arab partners they need to work with the regime 4- Providing political and diplomatic support for the regime’s terrorist proxies such as Hizballah, Ansarallah, PMF 5- giving preferential treatment to regime’s family members and supporters and bringing many of them to US.
Antony Blinken@ABlinken

(6/10) So far, we’ve traded an 86-year-old Ayatollah Khamenei for a 56-year-old Ayatollah Khamenei, empowered hardliners, and sidelined pragmatists. The regime could fall in five days or five years. And to be replaced by what?

Don't worry about destruction in Iran at all. It will rebuild with China's help at blazing speeds, bigger and better everything, and it will be a country free from sanctions in a geopolitical environment it shaped itself with an amazingly capable and well educated population. Iran has a brilliant future ahead of it

@AmirAminiMD It doesn’t change the fact that strait of Hurmuz is not Iranian property. There are other countries bordering the strait.
