I’ve now been waiting over a week for someone to contact me about a replacement, yet again I’ve been told today that someone will ring me on Monday. This is not acceptable.

@EE very disappointed with your service recently, the phone I’ve received is not fit for purpose, it has an android system installed and every time I turn it on, it plays an incredibly high pitched beep. It also randomly plays message tones when it’s turned off.
