So let’s talk about how @AmericanAir single handily ruined our trip to Curaçao . . 1: When we arrived 2 of my friend’s suitcases didn’t make it to Curacao although we were all on the same flight, 1 arrived later that day but the other suitcase didn’t arrive until 24 hrs later

@AUStinAirport Make @AmericanAir have ample staff. Waited in AA line 4 hrs in of advance of flight & was denied boarding due to delays. bBad communication to passengers! No agent did any triage w/ guest issues to ensure they made departures. This FAILIRE cost me $500.

5: At this point we’re stranded & had to book with another airline because @AmericanAir kept giving us the run around about the flights going out on 5/29. So at this point we have spent $1400 plus with our original flight and the new rebooked flight
