@_Amwatah_ @nyakundi_66 Environments are different, but sometimes its also about choice, i believe if you do something youve been doing for 5 years its shouldn’t be draining. Its only draining when you are learning on the job and there is pressure to deliver.

A 9–5 + teaching is a far better combo than startup + freelancing. The latter will drain you. For the most part of 2025, trying to build a startup while freelancing nearly broke me mentally. Am now at peace commuting to work and attending to my students during the nights.

@SamProgramiz Disposable tip - start with keybr.com to build letter layout familiarity and later on use Monkeytype to polish speed. That combo worked magic for me . Keybr has an algorithm tuned to focus on letters you struggle with unlike other generic type-tests .

@SamProgramiz It's a struggle switching from pecking to touch typing , but your productivity will 3x once you hit 80wpm . All the best man .
