That’s nearly that for #FW for the 2025/26 season…… I’m currently on 162 games for the season and with a couple of games left, booked that’ll be me for this season wrapped up, I know there’s others I could get in, but now’s the time for me to recharge, and spend some much needed time with Faye, had an incredible season this campaign and tbh, probably one that’ll never be topped…. I don’t think I’ll be able to put a shift in like that again, from Bristol to Devon, Somerset to Dorset, to Cornwall and beyond I hope I’ve given you all a bit of my support during this season… it’s been one I’ll never forget topped off with the amazing charity ball this weekend and seeing a Brook lift the trophy which seems a perfect opportunity to call time, I’ve two games booked watching Brook on the 23rd and 26th, and I’m also linking up with the Robins Foundation for Bristol City’s Cerebral Palsy team on the 31st which will be my last football related event for 25/26, thank you to every single person I’ve crossed paths with this campaign, from fan to volunteer, from manager to player, literally every single one of you has made this season so special, new friendships made, new grounds visited, it’s honestly been amazing…. Now to recharge, and see what the 26/27 season has in store for #FW and Cystic Fibrosis…. Wow…… what a wonderful evening!! Where’s do I start, this idea of “I know, I want to do a charity ball” last night became a reality, and I rarely give myself any praise, but last night exceeded all my expectations and more and was bloody brilliant….. 🙌🏼 so many special people there for me yesterday, all the thought and planning came together like a perfectly written story, every single guest played there part in one of the best nights of my life…. 🤍 I wanted to make sure everything was covered, and the feedback and energy in the room yesterday blew me away, the kindness and generosity of my incredible #FW family shone through all evening like a “Room Full Of Stars” … ⭐️ I think I can let myself be happy to say the #FWCharityBall26 was BRILLIANT!!! Last night marked our 2025/26 end of season presentation. Where we came to celebrate our men’s team, women’s team, the people who keep the club running and the community around that. We started the evening with an incredible 3 course meal catered by AHM Catering Experience. Onto our awards - we are grateful for the teams we’ve had this season, dedication they’ve put into the game and the attitude they keep win or lose. That’s the UBPC League 25/26 season finished... another fantastic campaign from start to finish! The Premier Division saw a thrilling title race between Iron Acton, DRG Frenchay and Hallen Reserves, while Old Sodbury dominated Division One. Behind them, Bedminster Down, AEK Boco Reserves and Chipping Sodbury Town Reserves kept things competitive. Bristol Barcelona impressed in their debut Premier season, finishing 7th and lifting the League Cup. Congratulations to Iron Acton on winning the Premier Division and best of luck in the Gloucester County League play-offs. Congratulations to Old Sodbury (Division One champions) and Bedminster Down on promotion to the Prem.
