We uncovered massive potential fraud inside disabled adult foster care homes. The owners? Nigerian. The staff? Nigerian. No real qualifications. No experience. Brought into the U.S. on H1B visas and placed into dozens of homes caring for vulnerable adults. Many of these homes were completely empty during peak hours, still billing taxpayers as if they were full. Hundreds of thousands. I have a feeling Michigan is far worse than Minnesota…

Fraudulent checks were ALSO cashed out during this time period, plundering his bank account.
