Well the good news here is your CPM's are about to drop if you're recycling the same copy and you stop doing that. When meta says "differentiated creative" that isn't just for videos and statics - 50% of the creative is the visual image / static. 50% of the creative that meta analyzes is also the copy + Meta also crawls 2+ pages from the website link you submit so creating lander specific angles also helps unlock net new reach. Time spent on you website and how many pages visitors view will also help unlock net new reach. New creative + New copy + New lander = high percentage of net new reach. If you keep sending people to the same PDP meta automatically drops that lower funnel in the audience pool. Which works, but you have to create more and more creative more often as you burn out the MOF.
