The recent news from Maiduguri, Borno State, is profoundly upsetting. I mourn those who lost their lives, sympathise with the injured and stand in solidarity with the people of Borno during this challenging time. I want to make it categorically clear that these acts of terror are the final desperate and frantic attempts by criminals and terrorist elements trying to instil and spread fear, as they are under constant pressure from our brave armed forces and security agencies operating in various theatres. We will continue to intensify our efforts against all criminal elements, wherever they may be. I must commend the courage and fighting spirit of our patriotic troops who successfully repelled the coordinated attacks by these terrorists on military positions in the state. The Monday attacks were desperate acts of the evil-minded terrorist groups. Our gallant military and civilian task forces will curtail and put them down. Just last weekend, during a security meeting with leaders of security and intelligence agencies, I approved additional equipment and operational support to enhance their capabilities. This effort is already in progress. Additionally, I have directed security chiefs to move to Maiduguri to take charge of the situation. I have also directed the emergency agencies to provide proper care for the injured. There is no place in Nigeria where terrorists will find safety. I actually saw Michael B. Jordan at a grocery store in Los Angeles once. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, "Oh, like you're doing now?" I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but he kept cutting me off and going "huh? huh? huh?" and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Sir, you need to pay for those first." At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When he took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After he scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Send messages, join discussions, attend virtual rooms, comment on posts, ask questions, and participate in conversations about business and money. Opportunities often come through networks, not silence. Numbers matter. Also understand that you cannot do life completely alone. Find at least one person you can speak to honestly when things get hard. Someone you can vent to, exchange ideas with, or receive perspective from. Everyone needs a sounding board. Reduce distractions. Too much focus on chasing pleasure, relationships, and temporary excitement can derail long-term goals. For a season of your life, obsession with improvement and financial stability may require discipline and sacrifice. Practice daily affirmations and mental conditioning. The way you speak to yourself shapes how you act. Confidence, persistence, and belief are built through repetition. Compete with yourself, not with other people. Your target should be beating your previous performance. Improve your output, your knowledge, your network, and your discipline year after year. Be visible online. Share what you are learning, what you are building, and what you are thinking about. The internet rewards visibility. People cannot support or hire someone they cannot see. Be careful around people who dismiss everything as “cruise.” Life is not a permanent joke. If you are not careful, you can cruise your way straight into long-term poverty. And when you finally start making money, do not relax too early. Learn how to grow it, invest it, and multiply it. Financial progress is not about one win.
