20 years ago today I started my career in @hmpps as a Trainee Probation Officer. There have been challenges and lots of rewarding times over the years, but I’ve been really lucky to have worked with so many incredible people #Probation #Anniversary

Late but I’ve just finished my #GratitudeDiary (google it, gd for being well) This week I reconnected with 2 amazing colleagues who I haven’t spoken to in years. Working in @HMPPS is challenging, but you get to work with the most compassionate,talented,and inspiring people.
