Midcap & Smallcap indices are facing rejection from the 10EMA and are currently just holding on 20EMA. Once this 20EMA breaks, we can see further selling pressure, so itโs better to stay on sidelines and observe how the market behaves over the next few days.
Even stronger stocks are now losing their 10EMA & 20EMA support and failing to hold, which reflects the weakness in the overall market
Only a few stocks are still holding up well above their EMAs, which again signals that strength is very limited in the current market.

A much needed pullback. Since early May, the market was already showing signs of slowing momentum that stocks were not moving as per setups and were taking more time to give moves. Breakouts were also not sustaining, with prices reversing quickly and showing lack of follow through. Midcap & smallcap indices are now below 10EMA and they should ideally hold 20EMA. Iโll be looking at stocks near 10 & 20EMA for pullback entries, and those forming a base after a strong upmove.

Momentum has been weak over the past few sessions. Even setups that are technically ready are taking longer than usual to play out, indicating a choppy market. Not the time to be aggressive, focus only on sectors showing strength.

Overall, this month has been flat. Many stocks closed at cost like SCI (due to earnings), Data Patterns, Inox India & ARSSBL.
Setups were good, but the market remained choppy, so most trades didnโt give any follow through moves.
