Quoting this hard-working guy so that the concepts are cleared for everyone else as well. 1. Less no. of shares traded = higher slippage even when the stock is liquidity (PTCIL in this case). 2. Tight SL in low ADR stocks = disadvantage. a significant chunk of capital is required to gain the same profit than you can gain while investing lesser % of capital in a high ADR stock. PTCIL is technically sound, but due to these issues, it should be avoided.
