With rumors swirling about this thing I need to get a little more. I don’t know who puts this much into a micro without knowing something.

Agreed it could be a red flag but it wasn’t sniped on the initial launch. My guess is the team or close by grabbed their stake early.
Everything about this launch has been fair, and they’re doing more buybacks.
Heard rumors that team was holding anything they have for at least 1y.

Been quiet about this for a while, but not anymore. We have the narrative. AI is bringing normies to Base. Builders are shipping genuine products. This is the best onramp opportunity Base has had in a while. All I see on X is silence from the accounts that should be pushing this. Remember when Jesse was posting all the time, and everyone knew Zora was coming, a ton of ppl were posting about it? That energy built something real, and it's called momentum. We had the same opportunity with Bankr. Instead of pushing that to the moon, we moved on to creating a similar product. I mean, okay. Now we have AI agents, agentic infra, and real products bringing people into the ecosystem who never touched crypto before. If we don't push this together, the narrative fades. We've seen it before. I'm done waiting for someone else to do it. Starting now, I'm calling this out and pushing what actually matters on Base. Who's with me?

I’ve been very bullish on @base since day one. I’ve followed @baseapp closely from its beta launch all the way to today.
But lately, I’ve been a bit sad seeing how Base App has evolved.
Back when it was positioning itself as an everything app, it genuinely felt like one of the most exciting products and innovations in the space. The hype was real, user activity was growing every day, and it felt fun to be part of.
Since shifting more toward a trading-first experience, it doesn’t feel like the perfect place to trade yet. I still use it almost every day, but the experience has been getting worse over time.
I really miss when @jessepollak was actively sharing progress and bringing that energy that made the space feel alive and exciting.
That said, I still believe in Base. I believe it will keep improving.
Keep building. Still day one!

QA work on our financial layer has progressed ahead of schedule.
Human interface and core functionality is working well. Focus has now moved to testing the agentic api for agents to be able to deploy, trading, stake and collect rewards.
