What do I do if I think AO1 is L3 and AO2 is L4? Do I put it higher in band 3 or lower in band 4? For reference, let's say all other AOs are also in L3. @Team_English1

@_CuriousTeacher @Team_English1 If you are willing to pay for Exampro from AQA you can access to all the standardisation materials for lit and Lang from 2017 onwards. It’s really helped us as a department with marking but also as good examples for students

@HeroicMrT I do agree with this actually, though I am just resistant to the growing expectation (imo) that schools should cater to aspects of student wellbeing that go well beyond the job description when we aren’t given the time or resources to do so.

@_CuriousTeacher Fair viewpoint! But I personally disagree. I think students need to feel safe and secure first. My experience is that students who feel happy and safe thrive and secure good outcomes anyway. 😊

What’s more important? How students feel or the outcomes they achieve
