@British_Airways Got my guitar on again thanks to ground & cabin crew, but despite hours on the phone & paying for a seat, told its seat was 'unconfirmed' & therefore not recognised. Tried to follow procedure - result: stress, money & time & still didn't work right. Complaint will be on the way!

@British_Airways It is possible to get a guitar, at least on a CityFlyer flight. And in the snow and with delays and cancellations. Why not other BA flights? Thks to team at @LondonCityAir

@British_Airways Been trying to book a seat for my guitar on trip to Frankfurt for over a week, no success! Been given contradictory info and still waiting to be confirmed after many calls and delays. New policy of no guitars as hand luggage is one thing, but why is this so hard?
