@Rich_Cooper no means no dick head, at any point in the act if the woman says no you stop, it can be consensual all the way an be having sex but as soon as she says no you stop. that’s what it means. if you continue after she’s said no then it’s rape and sexual assault.

Update: we asked an engineer and this is what they told us - "Looks like the steel girder slipped off the bearing pad. Maybe a laminated pad that failed. The photo looks like the span has dropped in addition to pulling away. Bearing pads are used to compensate for thermal movement at the expansion joints. Big problem for long steel girder span. Probably going to see them close it down to repair."
