Another warning to not buy @SamsungUK, my tv went off to be fixed beginning of Jan and surprise surprise it’s having the same problem again. That repair lasted all of maybe a month? Going around in circles again and only being offered a repair (will be its FOURTH)

Having a real struggle with @SamsungUK atm is anyone else? Bought a tv from them that’s been in for repair *twice* for the same problem that is still occurring now. It’s clear the repairs aren’t working and I’m so exhausted of the customer service saying they’ll call but don’t.
