We have bailed Joy Ezeugwu.
She was arrested 7:35am this morning and got to the station at 8:20am.
We got to the Force Headquarters Annex at 9am. We didn’t leave until now that we completed the bail process.
AfiaTv team, Uche, Barrister Kene Nnadi and two other lawyers were there to ensure she was out. Joy can never walk alone.
We will take up Ifeyinwa Peace Okwudo up immediately. We will deploy every legal means.
We will offer Joy Ezeugwu all the support and will always be by her side.
Any student who is bold enough speak up against evil in their schools will always have our support.
We will build an army of lawyers that will be ever ready to fight for justice.
We will dismantle injustice and impunities in our institutions.

@quietsam1 @lollypeezle I was enjoying it until the curses, then it became sour
English

@lollypeezle It's the course that I don't like in any Yoruba skit...
English

@AkintadeHassan @fattylincorn_01 You make it seem like Christian churches don't disturb Christians
That's hilariously silly
English

@fattylincorn_01 I do not support the man or the entire Muslim community in any way, but I want you to understand that we can only coexist peacefully through love. If Muslims were to start taking every church to court over noise, it wouldn't be funny. Churches tend to be noisier.
English

I filed a suit against the man who built a mosque in his compound, which is just the next building to mine.
Atanda, every 5:45am they will wake me up against my wish with that their noise of prayer every morning.
I told him about it, i even suggested he mute the speakers only in the morning but he did not listened and i reported to the sanitation office and i think he bribed them and those ones did not do anything
So i filed a suit against him and won the case with damages, he appealed the case and i won again with damages to be paid
He paid the damages and removed the speakers outside, but here is now the major problem
The imam and every other Muslim in my street now see me as enemy.
I believe he is the one instigating that hatred into all Muslims in my street against me, even new muslim tenants in my street and are staying away from me and do not want to have anything to do with me.
I want to know if i can take up another case with him for instigating Muslims in the atreet against me just because i fought for my right
Copied from the people's parliament

English

@FavourYusuf1 Bro no worry yourself, almost nobody will listen to you. I wrote my project myself and I was the only one in my class to read out and defend offhand. Others kept wondering how I managed to do it. Something I wrote, corrected, rewrote over and over again

@ZidyepO We like to believe that kids are born with special abilities in singing, drawing, and sports, but refuse to bliv that the special ability can also be stubbornness! I grew up around one very sturborn boy his mom was the one advising me to stay away from him so he won’t corrupt me

@markessien If I am voting for any other person other than these two, should I choose "stay out"?

@judifrizi @Ayoelesho You must have encountered the ones not properly made. They do round off and smoothen the edges to avoid the cut
English

@Ayoelesho You no go support louvers if e done cut you before.
You points are legit tho.

Many people in the comments are suggesting that casement or sliding windows, currently used to build houses, are the best type of windows for Nigerian homes.
But I still believe louvres are the best window frames for a climate like Nigeria for the following reasons:
First, louvres provide the best privacy. Unlike sliding windows, which must be closed or covered with curtains to prevent visibility from outside, louvres allow translucent, non-see-through glass on the lower part that can be tilted to block views while letting air in.
Second, they are less expensive. Sliding and casement windows cost more and offer less functionality.
Third, they allow 100% ventilation, using the full window space. When it rains, you can adjust the tilt for air inflow while keeping rain out. This cannot be achieved by casement or sliding windows, which are popular nowadays.
Finally, modern, aesthetically pleasing louvres can help solve the aesthetics problem.

Ayo-Elesho@Ayoelesho
Nigerians switched from using louvres, which provided full ventilation, to sliding windows, which provide only partial ventilation. Now, everyone is complaining of heat after blocking air from entering their rooms. Why are we so backward in everything we do?

@Adeprince_oye Please explain the brutality too. Is it different from fighting (physical contact)?
English

A lot of people are misunderstanding something on here.
“Physical contact offense” in the military does NOT mean anything related to being gay.
In military terms, physical contact simply means a fight, when someone goes beyond words and starts slapping, punching, or attacking a colleague, whether it’s a subordinate, senior, or mate.
The military doesn’t use the word “fight,” they call it “physical contact,” and it is a serious offense.
It’s not allowed at all and can lead to dismissal.
Let’s get the facts right.

@talk2veee Few questions
1. Is there any confirmed report that this happened?
2. Has any girl run away from home to report?
3. Have there been any arrests?
4. Has any reputable agency or transparent person gone to orphanages to confirm these claims?
Or maybe it happened just once🤷

7 Cleaning Tasks People Forget Every Week
These aren't extra chores. They're the ones that make your clean house actually clean.
Save this for your Sunday reset
1/ Light switches and door handles
You touch these dozens of times a day. With dirty hands, after the toilet, after raw chicken.
They're rarely wiped down, take 2 minutes to disinfect and wipe on every switch plate and door handle in the house. Weekly minimum.
2/ The kitchen bin (outside and underneath)
People empty the bin. Nobody wipes the outside down. Grease, drips, and hand smudges make the outside of your bin one of the dirtiest surfaces in the kitchen.
Spray and wipe the lid, sides, and the floor under it. Takes 90 seconds.
3/ Pillow cases
You're in direct contact with your pillow case for 7–9 hours every night.
Dead skin, oils, saliva, and sweat build up fast. This feeds dust mites and causes breakouts.
Wash pillowcases every 3–4 days. Sheets once a week. Your skin will thank you.
4/ The microwave (inside ceiling)
Open your microwave right now and look up.
Yeah. That.
The ceiling of the microwave catches every explosion of food. Bacteria grow in the residue.
Bowl of water and lemon juice, microwave for 3 minutes, wipe everything down. You’re good to go
5/ Remote controls and phone
Your TV remote is handled by everyone, rarely cleaned, and sits on couches and floors.
Your phone screen has more bacteria than a public toilet seat (studies back this up).
Isopropyl alcohol wipe weekly for both.
6/ Washing machine drum
Your washing machine washes your clothes but who washes the machine?
Run a hot empty cycle monthly with a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar.
7/ The bottom of your shower
The drain surround and the floor corners of your shower. Soap scum, mould spores, and hard water deposits.
Spray with a daily shower spray after every use. Deep clean weekly.
Save this thread and send it to someone who thinks their house is clean 😄
Which one surprised you most? 👇

@arojinle1 These people are liars to boost their ego profile. They only know enough to hunt them; like sleeping patterns, speed etc But not enough to have details like parturition, nutrition, life cycle
English

The wrongest move you can make when trying to establish a fast about a physical creature with me is using hunters as authority. Many of the people you refer to as great hunters lie a lot and speak confidently about what they don't know. I have refuted many of their claims with evidence in the past. Here is one.
