Sarah Livingston of @TheAENetwork traveled to Louisville to meet with incoming freshmen about Jewish identity and antisemitism. With so many alarming higher ed headlines, students deserve a space where they can ask challenging questions about being Jewish on campus. 💙

Abraham Foxman, z”l. 🤍 Our world lost a force. A warrior against antisemitism, extremism, and hate. A leader who spoke with moral clarity and courage when advocating for the Jewish people and the State of Israel. We are grateful for his nearly three decades of service leading and shaping @ADL, our partner in fighting antisemitism on U.S. campuses and in higher education. Through these critical efforts, his legacy will live on. May his memory be for a blessing. And may we continue to pursue a world without hate, just as Mr. Foxman did.

Professors @DrJulieAncis and @elina_veytsman have co-facilitated a series of workshops, with support from @TheAENetwork, to help clinicians at @OglethorpeUniv, @nyuniversity, and other campuses learn how to better serve Jewish clients of different ages and backgrounds. 👏

👏 Professor @nataliapetrzela of @TheNewSchool delivered the opening keynote at “Our Jews in the Curriculum,” a @CJILearning conference. She emphasized the importance of educating students about Jewish stories and experiences, which are often missing from U.S. history classes.
