Some personal news. At the end of October I’ll be leaving @EastEnglandAmb and taking a new role at @CNWLNHS, focussing on embedding learning from events. It’s been a wild ride with my 🚑 family (in some cases actual family!) and I’ll be so sad to leave incredible people

I have learnt so much! Yes to vagal drive in paeds, this patient was in pain and had episodes of pallor and diaphoresis in conjunction with the junct arrhythmia - most likely: normal paed vagal response rather than due to an alarming (and rare) cardiac injury. Thank you Twitter!
