@0nlyMeez @jemelehill When they fly here, be it as tourists, or students, or whatever, they’re not illegal. Then they overstay those visas. Having ICE at the airport will do literally nothing to stop this from happening.

Yes, because undocumented people typically enter the country through commercial flights that requires multiple identification checks, a visa, and being put through immigration scrutiny. Makes perfect sense.

In California, as of March 2026, there is no routine, document-based "citizenship check". They claim to use a federal site to validate, but this is done in the cover of the night.
