Unpopular opinion perhaps but I prefer layered characters like James who learn to be better people because of hardship they faced than someone like Ginny who became a Mary Sue in book 6 and whose development was to attract Harry (the one thing that also held her back)

@Sucrose_xin Even if they try to portray Bertram as a Death Eater, it's still unjustifiable that the Marauders are cruel to him and Severus, but they do nothing to Mulciber, who committed a terrible act

@_Gwen_Pool I don't even know how to say this, I've seen Bertram accused of being a Death Eater! Without proof, and Mulciber, who actually was one, I haven't seen anyone comment on the fact that the Marauders didn't do anything to him. They seem desperately wanting to prove their innocence.
