Lo que se evalúa es la capacidad de resolver problemas, los conocimientos de los fundamentos de la ing de software y la capacidad para trabajar y comunicarse con el entrevistador. También cuenta la atención al detalle, el estilo del código, ser capaz de testear y solucionar bugs etc. pero lo principal es lo anterior. Y por eso siguen siendo relevantes. Si dejas usar IA para resolver los problemas es casi imposible analizar cómo piensa el candidato. El “escribir línea a línea” es lo de menos.
