Keep in mind too that some of the animators who worked on Clannad were murdered by arson in 2019 - the legacy of this show, as well as many other KyoAni works, is so important to those left for that exact reason. Imagine seeing your deceased coworkers' art get called "pedobait" by some stupid Westerner when the show literally has zero echii content in it whatsoever - absolute insanity.

Thank you for all your support. Your messages have been so lovely and mean so much to my mom and I. For those wondering, I think I'm still going to go to europe. Mom says the distraction will be good for me and to see my girls. I've been in bed every day so she might be right. I know that so many of you spent your hard earned money on plane tickets and hotels to see me, and I don't want to disappoint you. I can't promise that I'll be able to be there the whole time without breaking down but I want to try. I want to be strong for you.
