But leading a church or a political rally isn't the same as re-engineering a river basin!! While the Ministry of Defence and Housing handle the heavy lifting, the leadership at the top matters. If we keep filling technical roles with political figures, we shouldn't be surprised when the solutions don't match the scale of the disaster.
