@thegoodsir1987 @djacksonweather Not drinking has easily been the biggest factor to losing the weight for me. Not just the calories gone from alcohol but no drunk eating and more energy.

@_ItachiSusanOO @djacksonweather Congratulations man! Idk about you but when I quit for s hesr and a half I didnt change a ton of my diet but I was mkre active and got some exercise in a dew days a week for a portion of it and still dropped like 50 or 60 lbs.. the drinking can be a huge factor

Journey so far: was about 413 lbs in that pic with @djacksonweather back in June 2024. Got more active, stopped drinking alcohol a year ago and been eating at a calorie deficit since Jan 25. Sitting at 270 right now and more to go. Feel so much better!! 5X shirt to 2X lol
