Dear @OKDOT - please have a better strategy in place when it comes to doing construction work on a busy exit off the highway, which totally bypasses the stoplight thus causing a 15 to 20 minute backup just to try to turn onto a busy street. Let’s act like we know what we’re doing

All that hype for @McDonalds Caviar drop, only for the website to crash as soon as the timer hit zero. Six minutes later and it's still not working. Bummmeerrr.

Just realized it's been a calendar year since my @Delta flight to Barcelona (w/ an @airfrance connection in Paris). Still no recoupment of my luggage. Still no agreement to pay me the cost of the lost luggage. How is this an acceptable business practice?

Update: @airfrance replied and 'looked into my situation', only to tell me that, since it's been more than 21 days, my bag is 'lost'. They're done looking for it. An absolutley unacceptable response, since they told me weeks ago they know it's sitting in Paris.

One more nugget - the Montreal Convention says that $1.7k is the most that airlines *must* pay a passenger for a lost, damaged, or delayed bag.  But they add airlines are free to pay more than the limit but are not required to do so. So @airfrance, you can pay more but won't?

Oh and another fun-fact: they can only offer 1.5k Euros for a lost bag regardless of what the value is they lost. @airfrance blames this on the 'Montreal Convention'. Then they send you a claim link that is broken. Good stuff. @Delta pick better affiliate partners, please.
