Today, our cry goes out to Oyo state gov't & @seyimakinde to pls make Residency palatable in Oyo & make LTH the enviable centre it once was in Nigeria. From being the highest paying centre few years ago to becoming the worst paying today. We're grossly understaffed & underpaid

@lth_ard @the_beardedsina @NaijaNews @uch_ard @MedicalworldNig @TheNationNews @MobilePunch @vanguardngrnews @pmnewsnigeria @Oyoaffairs @FeedbackOYSG For so long, the doctors in LTH have sacrificially served the community at the expense of their welfare and even rights. What servitude could be more? But now push has come to shove, the camels back broken, and their lives threatened by terrible working conditions. This is so sad

@lth_ard It's a pity that residency training in Nigeria has been reduced to a plight. It's more pitiable that LTH resident doctors who have decided to serve the populace are treated with less than deserving wages. Oyo state can do better @Nigerian_Doctor @seyimakinde @aproko_doctor

@lth_ard @YNaijaPodcasts @RealLindaIkeji @the_beardedsina @Naijaloadedotng @NOTJUSTOK @GossipMillNaija @GistLovers @bellanaija @nairaland @DailyPostNGR It's disheartening to imagine that in this time and age, strike actions have to be employed in order for doctors in tertiary institutions to get living wages. These are endangered set of professionals that the country barely has enough to survive on. It's just crazy!

I join my voice with Millions of Nigerians to bring to light the deployable state of LAUTECH Teaching Hospital (LTH) @lth_ard
LTH is currently an eyesore, in a state of mess, Hundreds of Doctors are being owed salaries and arrears.
The Health of Doctors is on an all time low.

@lth_ard @Nigerian_Doctor @seyimakinde @oyostategovt @Lautech @Oyshia_oy @channelstv @tvcnewsng Being the caretakers of such a crucial population comes with high expectations for standardized care. But how do I bridge the gap of my patients' high expectations of care and the insufficient provisions for I as a doctor to offer such services...we need help abeg

@Nigerian_Doctor @seyimakinde @oyostategovt @Lautech @seyimakinde .
Thank God for @Oyshia_oy LAUTECH-TH serves Ibadan, Ibarapa, Oke-Ogun, Oyo and Ogbomoso axis.
Burning out your doctors is like putting lives of your people at risk.
E dakun, our parents lives matter to us.

@Nigerian_Doctor @lth_ard Dust still de everywhere...nothing weh them don settle.

@Nigerian_Doctor @seyimakinde @oyostategovt @lth_ard @Lautech The deplorable working state and income status of resident doctors in LTH is deserving of an emergent response. We are all almost at our breaking point. I hope things don't break haywire
English

@lth_ard @seyimakinde @OfficialPDPNig @oyostategovt @Fmohnigeria @nard_nigeria The Japa phenomenon is known to be an international one, but for LTH to allow push factors such as lack of implementation of MRTF and upwardly reviewed CONMESS and harzard allowance to result in the japa of their willing doctors to other local facilities is crazy & avoidable.

LAUTECH Teaching Hospital Ogbomoso needs your urgent intervention @seyimakinde.
Our doctors are overworked due to shortage of manpower. No one wants to come because of abysmal pay. @OfficialPDPNig @oyostategovt @Fmohnigeria @nard_nigeria
