The Court must follow the law. Period. The 14th Amendment wasn’t a global birthright lottery. It fixed Dred Scott and secured citizenship for freed slaves and their children. It requires two things: birth here and allegiance here. “Subject to the jurisdiction” means loyalty to the United States. Not lawbreaking aliens exploiting loopholes. The President cannot rewrite the Constitution with an executive order. The 14th Amendment is clear: If you are born on US soil or under the US flag, you are a US citizen, period.
