@AlrightyBee Omgggg that’s the worst! See if they have lease forgiveness? I know ours is doing lease forgiveness bc they just increased rates & theyre being lenient for anyone who needs to break leases! Our lease is up July 31st & im waiting to sign until we figure out a better potential TL😅

@_KatelynJK Honestly, I’ve been watching and it’s dropping all over Texas but when Dallas started to drop i swear my jaw hit the ground. I NEVER expected to be able to afford a house where we live right now. I’m so mad that we just signed a year and a half lease 😭

@AlrightyBee Hopefully the market keeps dropping! I can deal with high interest, you can always refinance later. But I cannotttt deal with high interest on top of a $400k house that was $200k two years ago 😭
