@Carey_kins @TheRAC_UK I’ve been waiting 8 weeks (!!!) for a £200 refund from them. Yet to actually speak to anybody from their “customer care team” aside from the automated email. Heavily pregnant & keep being told they’ll be in touch by “X date” and they continually exceed the deadline.

@TheRAC_UK now been waiting 17 days for a refund for roadside assistance that was going to take too long & cancelled (10 mins after calling). Nobody will take my call as it’s “not their department” & I’ve had no response from the email address I was given? Awful customer service.
