@TheSolcerer @Jmanwild87 @SpectralAurora_ Yeah i usually only duo, I'm weird tho and I think 4 player multi-player is the easiest, because it's 4 chances of rng that someone can just do some silly shit, although some of my friends haven't hit a10 yet. So I have yet to experience 4 player a10.

@_Krokus @Jmanwild87 @SpectralAurora_ That’s funny because doormaker is easy to me in 4 player lobbies, I play a regent with lots of powers though so on turns where he exhausts I usually have powers to play or cards created that I burn through, test subject is broken in multiplayer considering everyone has to block

@Jmanwild87 @TheSolcerer @SpectralAurora_ That's fair, i haven't had time to grind solo ascension cause I usually duo so maybe it's different in solo. Multi-player though doormaker just shreds our runs like 80% of the time. Test subject being a 50/50 if we can get through phase 1, and we almost never struggle on queen.

@_Krokus @TheSolcerer @SpectralAurora_ Test subject does so much damage and the bound status has a much easier time bricking hands. Being able to exhaust down for free just feels do good if you play it right

@Jmanwild87 @TheSolcerer @SpectralAurora_ I'd, I mainly play multi-player and while queen does scale her minion is easy to kill and youre not punished to play your deck, just 3 cards that turn which can suck it's not ggs. All phases of doormaker have a really strong restriction that you can't play around most times.

@_Krokus @TheSolcerer @SpectralAurora_ Kinda odd because I felt that doormaker was the easiest boss to block. Sure he does not have an off turn but he scales significantly slower than queen or test subject

@Jmanwild87 @TheSolcerer @SpectralAurora_ My only complaint with him is he's just really oppressive and starts out with ways too much damage, certain characters and cards suffer because of it, can't use powers cause need to block, if you draw ethereal you're fucked, if your second turn draw isn't good you're fucked

@CephalonVashka With your last post, I tend to run Gloom which slows down enemies all while melee kills heal you. Pairing that with her Bloodletting you pretty much will always have Energy and a way to heal you. There's another build with Xata's Whisper and bloodlet Ammo refill

@S3xyrexsi I think there was a lot of noise when it first released but most people that I’ve seen including myself have gone back on their word. It’s a more interesting boss fight now and less annoying than the stance switching. I don’t build around it at all and I’m A10 on a few

There is more lore and detail in Tainted Grail's prologue than in the entirety of Skyrim's main questline. A rich open world that actually has stuff it in and isn't empty space with hours of walking. Better combat, actual player builds and choices that actually matter.🤣

@mintsoir DD2 made me so upset I still haven't bought MHW or RE9. Not only is the story a temu version of the first game, it also stops making sense in the second half to an insane degree. The localization is insane too, completely ignoring translations for terms established in DD1.

@SonyaOutNProud @JustDeficient See I'm the same way but in the opposite direction, and my hatred for universes beyond mainly stems from the fact that it feels like wizards is focusing less on its actual settings and story and more on UB, however recent in universe within sets have been good

@JustDeficient I do. All. The. Time. But the majority of haters are just brainrotted and can only yell "slop" and "not real magic" in response. i have had positive exchanges with specific constructive criticisms but on the whole its hard to see anti UB as a good faith argument anymore

I wish people who think of this set, and UB more broadly, as good would just defend it full heartedly instead of doing this wishy washy Motte and Bailey crap with the concept of criticism and negativity itself

Listen if youre a fan of tmnt thats great I hope you enjoy this set! however this is one of the if not the worst mtg sets I have been in my entire life playing MTG. The art is rubbish, the cards are rubbish, half of it is fucking pizza or something. Like I understand maybe its not for me because im not a tmnt fan, but it just seems like such a slop set??? I did not even think there were enough tmnt fans to justify a whole tmnt set. Why didnt they do like what they did with transformers and just add on some cards to a mtg drop like brothers war did?
