@_leegray I mean it’s hard not to be a bit pessimistic when only the divorces and splits and abuses are pushed in our faces. Unfortunately, success is considered boring. We’re not going to see that publicized. We have to remind ourselves that it exists.

@_leegray @Lorna8260 @thirdking0208 Kyle and Mauricio have spoken many times that Kyle made the initial investment in The Agency and has ownership. She said it’s hers for a reason; she wouldn’t just say that. Kyle doesn’t do that.

Kyle Richards…that was nasty but good blow landed perfectly. However, I’m glad Dorit knew not to get into a wallet war with Kyle. Dorit sidestepped, and she stuck to how Kyle made her feel. That was smart and the right move.

@AustinDavisXXX @Lorna8260 @thirdking0208 Look at this tea - like is he in a position to give his ex wife equity? Can he cash in enough to buy her off so he doesn’t have to? Is it more of an IOU until the company is bought?

A big question too is how much debt the Agency has... it has expanded so quickly in so many markets there is ZERO chances they are not leveraged to the eyeballs. It's probably more realistic they could be broke if they started splitting everything and completely collapse the Agency if they have to start paying back on lines of credit, investors, etc if the company has to be split in a divorce. If they are highly leveraged too the worst thing you could do is have all your finances exposed in court during a divorce. Would be it very hard to secure new investors or new debt if all that becomes public and could make existing investors nervous and ask for their money back too. With high leverage someone just one person calling their money back if big enough causes the entire house of cards to fall down.

@_leegray I’ve always felt that’s one of the reasons why Mauricio doesn’t want to push harder either. I think he’s scared of Kyle potentially having a strong claim. They both know the legal situation may not be pretty
