In the ongoing Sensitizing & Partnering the States on Mining. Earlier today, I paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Nasarawa State @Engr. Abdullahi Sule.

Earlier today, I attended the 9th Induction Ceremony of Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers And Geoscientists (COMEG), where I advised the newly inductees to discharge their duties with utmost commitments.

Earlier yesterday, I was at the office of the Federal Mines Officer in Lagos. He briefed me on the issues surrounding Mining activities in Lagos.

In the just concluded Ministerial Retreat of MMSD, I saw singleness of purpose, unity of heart and commitments were in action. I appreciate all management of MMSD & Agencies for the historical/remarkable Retreat. Thank God for it was a Success.

Myself, Minister of State, FMMSD @UcheSampsonOgah, Emma K. Priestley of World Bank & Mike of World Bank @ the just concluded Ministerial Retreat organised by MMSD & facilitated by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) @ Fifth Chukker Resort, Kaduna, Kaduna State.

Today, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe in her office, received Arc. Olamilekan Adegbite @_LekanAdegbite, Minister of Mines and Steel Development and his team from the Ministry @fmmsdngr. Discussions during the meeting centered on mining initiatives in Kaduna State.

Earlier today, before the start of Day 3 of Ministerial Retreat, I paid courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa in her office.

Earlier today, I had a trip to Ekiti State for 3rd meeting of the National Council on Mining and Mineral Resources Development (NCMMRD). I paid Courtesy visit to the Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi @kfayemi .

Earlier this week, i attended Nigeria - Canada Investment Summit 2019.

The utmost concern of the President @MBuhari is the Revitalisation of Ajaokuta Steel Plant. Ajaokuta Steel Company is meant to generate important upstream and downstream industrial & economic activities which are critical to industrialisation of Nigeria.

Yesterday, I and Hon. Minister of State @UcheSampsonOgah had a successful tour of Steel Complex of Ajaokuta Steel Company after our visit to National Iron Ore Mining Company (NIOMCO) Itakpe, on Thursday.
