It is clear that the government must urgently request an extension to the transition period. Any other course of action would be utterly irresponsible; close to criminal negligence.

It’s now imperative that PM seeks an agreement to extend the Brexit transition period. The new Covid strain - & the various implications of it - means we face a profoundly serious situation, & it demands our 100% attention. It would be unconscionable to compound it with Brexit.

@cardiffcouncil wonder if there is an alternative to the unsanitary and potentially undignified yellow bags that people use for relevant waste. Surely a bin would be better for this? Particularly noting as our neighbours bag is broken in addition to the general indignity of it.

@healtharch @CdffCycleCity @cardiffcouncil You can see on a few of my run routes recently that I've turned around at this point since it wasn't possible to pass. Agree with others, bad at the best of times with puddles etc, impossible currently.
