@Anthony82810764 @Fuller05 @helptobuy Was the letter addressed to your solicitor? HTB keep telling us we just need the one they’ve sent us but solicitor won’t accept that. I do have an email saying they can provide the ATC over the phone so fingers crossed for you again

@_LouiseFitton @Fuller05 @helptobuy Our sol has the redemption letter, but there is another hurdle now, we haven't received a separate authority to complete so the funds had to be returned to the lender.

@Anthony82810764 @Fuller05 @helptobuy Did your solicitors manage to receive the receive the redemption information? We are waiting for the redemption letter to be addressed to our solicitor but they keep just sending it to us?

@Fuller05 @helptobuy Same boat pal, waiting on hold for over 8 hours today. I've already had the funds returned to the lender due to H2Bs incompetence.

@LizzieNoyce @helptobuy I’m not sure how - but my solicitor did and managed to keep them on the phone and get it sorted as they’d lost my paperwork! Finally all went through today! Honestly - heartbreaking, the most stressful week ever

@helptobuy another day on hold! It’s 9.54 and both me and my solicitor are on our second call! I have DM’d & emailed! I desperately need an Authority to complete - I should have had this last week! I’m paying you back! How can you make this so incredibly distressing and difficult

@AshleyPallett @helptobuy Did you manage to get sorted? I’ve spoken twice to people that have assured me they’ve sent the redemption letter to my solicitor. I’ve received it both times but solicitor still hasn’t got anything through. Did you manage to receive this?

@helptobuy Another 58 mins on the phone but this time Bradley picked up and was must helpful. It’s a shame the company didn’t use social media to notify customers of the issues.
