@h_marychurch I'm 1 million percent against a generic unform for all AHPs. Equally seems unfair Physios get to retain their own uniform whilst other AHPs loose their identities. A load of nonsense on all fronts I say.

Hmm. Unsure about this.. physios retain their identifiable white/navy uniform but the majority of AHPs merge into same colour? Feels a little divisive of the diversity of disciplines within all AHPs when physios are often best recognised 😕 csp.org.uk/news/2023-05-2…

New ballot for strikes by @theRCN is running til 23 June. This time it is going for a whole ballot of England meaning it must get 50% voting and a majority to opt for strikes - last time it went trust by trust. If it gets a strike vote, all NHS trusts in England will be affected

@thecsp The outcome may be disappointing to some, but this was the best available deal, so was put to members to decide. CSPstaff worked exceptionally hard for members who took action which led to a better deal. Members do deserve more, but frustrations need to be aimed at the government

@RtHphysio @thecsp @AGILECSP @theRCOT Rehab not seen as a priority by senior management in acute NHS trusts and insufficient community teams. As a physio it is heart breaking to see and even harder to know that no one outside of physio profession seems to care

@RobYeldham What evidence do we have that the Tories won't get reelected? What evidence do we have that Labour will provide a reasonable deal? As far as I'm aware Starmer has refused to back a significant pay rise. Hoping for a more "reasonable" government isn't a solution to the issues now
