Today, @get_optimum posted something quite interesting featuring the number 32. I've been thinking about what it could mean, and I came to the conclusion that Optimum may now have 32 major partners. These partners are primarily large Ethereum validators and node operators, which together secure over $24 billion worth of ETH. They have either integrated or are testing mump2p - a sidecar protocol based on RLNC. The technology enables far more efficient data transmission across the network: it reduces bandwidth usage by 90-95%, speeds up block and attestation propagation several times over, and could potentially increase validators' APY. At the moment, the Optimum website already lists 40 testnet partners, but I think they specifically mentioned 32, which suggests they're referring to major partners rather than the total number of partners. Of course, this is just my opinion, and it may turn out to be incorrect, since these are only speculations, not confirmed facts. Whether I was right or not, we'll likely find out soon enough.

From my own experience, it's probably better to just buy and accumulate Bitcoin. I made the mistake of buying a bunch of random altcoins that are now worth almost nothing, while Bitcoin is worth much more today than it was when I chose those coins instead.
