@TheBcellArtist Thought provoking responses! Had a similar convo with ppl in my dept recently. The old guard thinks PDs shouldn't get more $$ b/c they still need training. Doesn't everyone at every level? Reality is that academia won't change until its forced to. Hopefully sooner than later.
