Hi, I’m Niji. A few years ago, I discovered a problem: African authors had incredible stories, but very few platforms built for them. Distribution was fragmented, publishing was expensive, and the digital future of African storytelling felt out of reach. That’s why I started @chapteronehq . I figured out that the reason why when you help many Nigerians, they add more energy to begging you constantly is ‘cos they don’t see your prior assistance as a single good deed, but as a confirmation that you’re indeed their helper. A manifestation of their spiritual belief.

I just saw the lifeless body of a dispatch rider lying by the pavement on the road. Apparently, a car knocked him down and fled the scene. Area boys opened his dispatch box,took everything inside and took his phone.People stood there and watched him bleed out to death because no hospital will admit him without a police report or any form of ID. Where is humanity?💔He was just trying to make an honest living!

tbh elevated pattern spotting is a breeze compared to learning just how narrow the constraints of perception actually are, and how to communicate that with those who haven't experienced having it irreversibly blown wide open. general consensus rules perception and those who get a glimpse of just how vast perception and 'reality' is, then contain an alien language within them, only to be understood by those who have or will experience it.
