TÜBİTAK 1001 Programı Eylül 2025 Çağrısı kapsamında Koç Üniversitesi, 43 başvurudan 17’sinin desteklenmesiyle %39,5’lik bir başarı oranı elde etti. Desteklenen projeler; Yaşam Bilimleri (8), Madde ve Malzeme (4), Yapılar ve Sistemler (2), Çevre Sistemleri (1), Yapay Zekâ / Bilişsel ve Sinirsel Sistemler (1) ve Toplumsal Dinamikler (1) alanlarına yayılan geniş ve disiplinlerarası bir araştırma yelpazesi sunuyor. Bu dağılım, Koç Üniversitesi’nde yürütülen çalışmaların bilimsel niteliğini ve farklı disiplinler arasında kurulan güçlü etkileşimi yansıtıyor. Bu başarı, Koç Üniversitesi’nin ulusal ve uluslararası araştırma ekosistemindeki istikrarlı yükselişiyle de örtüşüyor. URAP sıralamasında Türkiye’de üst üste dört yıldır birinci sırada yer alan Üniversitemiz, Times Higher Education Dünya Üniversiteler Sıralamalarında özellikle araştırma ortamı, uluslararası görünürlük ve atıf etkisi göstergelerinde yükselişini sürdürerek Türkiye’de ilk sırada yer aldı. Ayrıca ilk kez açıklanan THE Disiplinlerarası Bilim Sıralamasında 28.’ciliğe oturan Üniversitemiz Türkiye’den ilk 50’ye giren tek üniversite oldu. Bu önemli başarıda emeği geçen tüm öğretim üyelerimizi ve araştırmacılarımızı tebrik ederiz. Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1001 Program September 2025 Call, Koç University achieved a 39.5% success rate, with 17 out of 43 proposals receiving funding. The funded projects span a broad and interdisciplinary research landscape across Life Sciences (8), Matter and Materials (4), Structures and Systems (2), Environmental Systems (1), Artificial Intelligence / Cognitive and Neural Systems (1), and Social Dynamics (1). This distribution reflects the scientific quality of the research conducted at Koç University and the strong interactions established across disciplines. Ranked first in Türkiye for four consecutive years in the URAP rankings, Koç University continues to demonstrate consistent academic productivity and research impact. In the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, the University has also maintained its upward momentum, particularly in indicators related to research environment, international outlook, and citation impact, placing first in Türkiye. Moreover, in the newly announced THE Interdisciplinary Science Rankings, Koç University ranked 28, becoming the only institution from Türkiye to be included in the top 50 universities worldwide.
