$GC (-1R)
Tried trading the retracement and low of day and got cooked. Very risky setup that could've been avoided
Even though the M90 and H1 weren't expansion candles, i had my SL below EQ of the candles so it was somewhat protected
I liked how Silver was expanding higher and the Gold FX pairs were also reversing

@TraderQuest150 Thanks man! I very rarely trade ES, majority of the time it’s either NQ or YM
English

@_Oskarkz Another clean trade. Let’s go! Do you trade $ES more often than $NQ?
English

$ES (-0.5R)
I tried playing the 9.30 driver here. The Idea was that 8.30 (NFP) manipulated and 9.30 would distribute. There were plenty of low resistance lows to target below
I went in with half risk and was planning on adding more after a CSD confirmation but I never got it
Just another trade….

English

$YM (+2.6R)
Took a pre driver long. YM was the closest to the high and it was showing the most strength
I entered off the M5 FVG (got a slightly better entry too). I also risked too much initially so I had to de risk
Unfortunately I missed the move lower because I was busy but it’s all good!

Win Rate: 50% (5W / 5L / 3BE
Total Trades: 13

I went into this month and quarter with a slightly different approach. I wanted to lower the amount of trades taken and increase the quality of setups. This resulted in a more steady PnL across the month
I found this month quite difficult on indices because it was pretty much ‘up only’ for majority of the month
Overall, I’m happy with my month to month consistency and I hope to keep it like this. I do think I could’ve done a lot better this month and I did miss out on a lot of high quality setups so I need to be more sharp next month
I’m still learning and improving every single day and I’m very heavily monitoring my emotions (pre-trade, during trade and post trade)
Improving my emotions is a big goal for me for the rest of the quarter. Let’s see how May plays out!

$SI (+2.3R)
SMT break via a Strength Switch
Same idea as the previous trade, I just re-entered because I was confident in the setup
I got wicked out of the previous one and I entered this one a second before the M5 closed to confirm the CSD
I had to close this due to the market closing

Oskar@_Oskarkz
$SI (-0.5R) Wanted the SMT break through a Strength Switch Took it with half risk due to it being the first CSD in the reversal, was planning on adding more later Valid Loss for me
English

@_Oskarkz Time for me to wake up earlier for London sessions for a while I think🤣
