@beuck_ Sundays becoming his fav day of the week since he gets to spend time w/ Syd in their home doing what they love+he’s able to just take the time to watch/admire her & make her fav foods while testing recipes. His Sundays are now filled w/ peace & I refuse to accept any other ending

@ashleysbored Personally, my contamination ocd hasn’t ever been about catching an infection or disease but more about feeling gross & spreading “dirty” or “harmful” bacteria that will contaminate myself & others+other (clean) things & a feeling of “rightness” which is genuinely so frustrating

People's characterization of OCD compulsions are "if I don't wash my hands all my family will die" which sounds ridiculous. It's actually "there's a chance I came into contact with e. coli and if I don't wash my hands I will spread it all over the kitchen and my family will die"
