Our paper is now available online at: nature.com/articles/s4159… . We identified > 20k genes and ~90 % could be assigned to orthologs. Genome size is ~483Mbs assembled on 152 contigs @mvargam @ArangRhie @sergekoren @aphillippy @SMBurgessLab #VGP #refgenome
